Users are responsible for any information or content uploaded or otherwise inserted to the Services.

1. Introduction

Safespring provides infrastructure cloud services (the “Services”) to its customers and partners (the “Users”). This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) sets out the rules governing the use of the Services. Users are responsible for configuring, operating, and maintaining their applications and systems in a secure manner. Users must ensure that their use of the Services complies with applicable laws and with any reasonable security instructions provided by Safespring. Users are responsible for all content and data processed, stored, or transmitted through the Services.

Service Level Agreement

During the Term of the agreement under which Safespring has agreed to provide its services to Customer (the “Agreement”), each Covered Service will provide a Monthly Uptime Percentage to Customer as set forth in the tables below (the “Service Level Objective” or “SLO”).

If Safespring does not meet the SLO, and if Customer meets its obligations under this SLA, Customer will be eligible to receive the Financial Credits described below. This SLA states Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy for any failure by Safespring to meet the SLO.

Safespring sertifisert i henhold til ISO 27001

ISO/IEC 27001:2023 er den internasjonalt anerkjente standarden for ledelsessystem for informasjonssikkerhet. Sertifiseringen viser at Safespring arbeider strukturert med å etablere, innføre, vedlikeholde og kontinuerlig forbedre informasjonssikkerheten.

I praksis viser sertifiseringen at Safespring arbeider systematisk for å beskytte informasjonens konfidensialitet, integritet og tilgjengelighet gjennom policyer, risikohåndtering, kontroller og kontinuerlig forbedring.

Sertifiseringens omfang

Safesprings ISO-sertifisering omfatter salg, drift, utvikling og vedlikehold av virtuell og fysisk plattforminfrastruktur for offentlige og private skytjenester. Sertifiseringen gjelder i samsvar med vår Statement of Applicability datert 2026-03-23.

Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement (the “DPA”) between the Customer (below, the “Controller”) and Safespring AB (559075-0245) (below, the “Processor”) constitutes a part of the Agreement, under which the Processor will process personal data on behalf of the Controller when supplying the Service. The Controller is the data controller in relation to the processing of the Personal Data. The Processor is data processor.

This DPA applies only to Safespring’s processing of Personal Data on behalf of the Customer in its capacity as a data processor. Where and to the extent Safespring processes personal data in its capacity as a data controller (including for example for account administration, billing, marketing, security and compliance), such processing is not subject to this DPA and is instead governed by applicable data protection law and included in Safespring’s privacy policy as updated from time to time or as otherwise communicated by Safespring.

General Terms and Conditions

Any deviation, clarification or supplement to these general terms and conditions (“Terms”) shall be agreed in the Main Agreement in order to be valid. In case of any conflicting terms between the Main Agreement and the schedules, including these Terms, the Main Agreement shall take precedence. In case of conflicting terms between the schedules, they shall take precedence in the order which they are listed in the Main Agreement. However, the DPA shall always take precedence in respect of processing of the Customer’s personal data on behalf of the Customer.
